Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your account details (email, name, username), the content you create (tasks, goals, reminders, routines, notes, shopping lists, calculator history), and basic subscription state. Crash reports and performance data are collected through Sentry to keep the apps stable.

Where it lives

Your account data and content are stored in a secure database, isolated so each account can only ever access its own data. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (iOS) and Stripe (web). We never see or store your card details.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your content to train anything. Emails from us are limited to account emails (verification, sign-in codes, password recovery) and, only if you opt in, occasional product updates.

Sync

Your content syncs between the iOS app and beproductive.app over encrypted connections (TLS). Rich-text notes keep their original formatting payload; the web never rewrites it.

Deleting your data

Account deletion is self-service: Account → Delete Account in the app or on the web. It permanently removes your profile, content and settings from our database in one cascading operation. Backups age out automatically.

Third parties we rely on

Supabase (database and authentication), Apple App Store and Stripe (payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), Cloudflare (hosting and transactional email), Sentry (crash reporting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or erase your data at any time, most of it directly in the app, or by writing to us. If you're in the EU/EEA, these are your GDPR rights and we honor them for everyone regardless of location.
