Terms of Use

1. The service
BeProductive is a productivity suite (tasks, goals, reminders, routines, notes, shopping lists and utility tools) available as an iOS app and at beproductive.app, operated by Alcanca. Access requires an account and an active subscription after the free trial.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use BeProductive.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Purchases made on iOS are billed by Apple and managed in your App Store settings; purchases made on the web are billed by Stripe and managed from the Billing page. Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices may vary by region and are shown before you confirm.
4. Your content
Everything you create in BeProductive stays yours. We only store and process it to run the service, syncing it between your devices and backing it up. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break authentication, disrupt other users, reverse engineer the apps beyond what the law allows, or use the platform for unlawful content.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. This permanently removes your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
7. Disclaimers
BeProductive is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alcanca is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continuing to use BeProductive after they take effect means you accept the new terms.
